Refund policy

We want you to love your learning experience! And so we have a 7-day "return policy", which means you have 7 days after gaining access to your course to request a refund should you decide this course is not for you.  To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed and/or completed less than 1/2 of the course.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactus@newstateu.com.
